Great location next to the central square, all tourist attractions in walking distance, beautiful rooms (but I recommend to pay a bit more for higher room categories), great breakfast, good housekeeping. The best: unbelievably friendly and helpful staff (which is not always the case in hotels in China), but here they are amazing. Miranda (if I remember correctly) does really a great job. Thumbs up!

Location! Location! Location! There are hundreds of food and souvenir options within walking distance. As one who wants to spend a peaceful yet boisterous vacation with my family, I can't expect more in terms of location. Breakfast is very good, with varieties of food and drinks. It saves me time by starting a new day without worrying about breakfast. Moreover, it provides western style food and drinks where there are almost exclusively Chinese foods nearby the hotel. More likes are given to the staffs, especially the front desk, who are courteous and helpful. The room I stayed was clean and comfortable. But it is not spacious compared with other hotels of equal rates. But it works good with me.

The staff was very helpful. They took our passports to register us at the police station. The lady at the front desk said it will take too long for us to wait around for that. But we were allowed to book in and wait for the robot to come and deliver our passports to our hotel room door. Very efficient.

The location is perfect. The room was very warm (in January). Had to hold a 4h video conference via zoom, internet connection in the room was just brilliant! Free laundry service

The room was comfortable and clean. Central location with pedestrian street, night market and tourist spots within walking distance. The staff are very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very professional and specially the staff on the breakfast area. They are very helpful in providing me everything that I needed. Location is wonderful, right downstairs lots shops and local street foods. Great place to stay at Guilin and not too far from the piers for the boat rides on the rivers.

The room is nice and clean with a good view. The location is in the city center. It is within walking distance to attractions. The staff are very helpful. They booked a taxi for us to the train station. At the hotel there is a booth where we can book day tour of Guilin.

We spent two nights in Holiday Inn Guilin. The location is very central, next to the main shopping street and to the lake with pagodas. A lot of food options nearby. Very efficient and friendly, English speaking staff, that helped us when we forgot some items in the hotel. They have shipped it to our next destination. We used travel agency in the hotel to arrange a trip to the rice terraces. Rich breakfast with many options for everybody. Comfortable and clean rooms. We are very happy with our stay

Good location , walking distance 10 minutes to Elephant hill , pagoda , 5 minutes to Zhengyang street . Everything was provided well to guest like good hot shower , air conditioning, toiletries , lighting system was great , bedsheet and bed was awesome

The location of the hotel is good. It is surrounded with many eating outlets and shopping outlets. It has a tour desk counter for day tour as well. Front desk staff is polite and energetic. Breakfast hall staff is polite as well. Room is clean and comfort.
